    Fantastic customer service – Christopher Torres is one of the most professional and on the ball guys around! Our nonprofit hosts an annual gala each year, and we always count on Winspire for at least 2 of our live auction packages. This year, we went with a Napa Valley tour and a Cancun vacation package – and our auction winners have nothing but good things to say when they come back from these experiences! Chris makes the whole process a breeze, which is super helpful during the stress of planning our gala!

    I luckily found Winspire on my own via a random search on a night I could not sleep & needed to find more items for our nonprofit’s annual gala. What a great find! Every part of the process for us- selecting what we wanted to offer, selling it all, and the. The customer support afterwards were just great. A big relief and help when you are a small non profit like us we were always treated as if we were as big as anyone else! Thank you Chris and team!

    I worked with Christopher Torres for the first time on an online silent auction and a regular silent auction for the MD Chapter American Society of Interior Designers. He was absolutely wonderful! Christopher always returned calls promptly and made my job very EASY!     We used Winspire for the first time for our school fundraising auction. Christopher Torres and Kyle Cantino were amazing to work with! They were always available to answer and questions that I had. They were also very good about keeping in touch with me throughout the process.     The folks at Winspire are amazing to work with. Kim Petersen and her team have gone above and beyond anything I ever imagined. They have been accommodating with tight deadlines, difficult auction winners, and their customer service is second to none. After using them just the first time for our auction, it was an easy decision to return time and time again. Our fundraising operation is a small shop at a parochial school just north of Boston and the packages available really did allow something for everyone in a variety of pricepoints. They were high quality and overall impressive in appeal and presentation. The team was easy to reach despite our time difference and were always available by phone or email, whether it was to answer questions about the packages, reaching out to our customers/donors with the information, or following up post event. I really can’t say enough about using this group. I highly recommend Winspire and look forward to working with them again.

    This is the second year using Winspire and I’m so pleased with their customer support and options. We decided to go through them again because our donors loved the experience. It’s one last thing you need to worry about when running an event. I highly recommend them and give them a 5 start in customer service. Kim Peterson is amazing and always helpful.

    Winspire was the perfect option for the silent auction at our formal Winter event. Knowing what we could expect to invest in the packages if they sold without the pressure of having to sell them because of a previous finincial investment was ideal for us. We work with a total volunteer team, so the turn key nature of Winspire helped us improve the quality of our silent auction without tons more work. -Highly Recommended-
